What it's all about
After more than 10 years of serving food as a Restaurant Director and then cooking it while going to culinary school at 33 years old,
I am now talking about it as a food tour guide in Paris.
Quite obsessed yes, you can say that.
French food because I'm a true proud Parisian, born & raised. Cheese, wine, butter, charcuterie and everything terroir related. Pastries, chocolate, liquors, seafood and meat have no secrets to me.
Indian food, because I discovered it 13 years ago in China, fell in love with it and was shocked that it wasn't well showcased all over the world.
It makes me really happy to share my knowledge and have you experience the best places & taste the most delicious food.
