Food & Beverage professionnal, 10+ years as a Restaurant & Event Director, graduate from Ferrandi cooking school and finally Food tour guide in Paris.
I am now working on sharing my love for India and Indian food by creating the best Group Culinary Travel in India.

Mission
After spending 6 years in China and traveling all around Asia, I now want to share my love for India. Land of unknown savors & rich diverse culinary heritage, it's a whole world of food travel discovery.

Aromatic spices, tea plantation, savoury street food, elaborate restaurants, thali places, this amazingly generous country is full of different specialties shaped by geography, climate, history and cultural influences, their own terroir, like France.

I want to showcase India culinary diversity to a global audience by bringing food loving travellers seeking authentic gastronomic adventures to the most flavorful journey of their life.

Interaction with local chefs, street food vendors, artisans, immersive food tours, cooking classes, farm to table experiences...Everything that encourages cultural exchange to gain insight into Indian culinary traditions and lifestyles.

Ensuring hygiene and food safety standard, contributing to the local economy, supporting small scale food businesses, infrastructure developpement and promoting lesser known regional cuisine are also really important to me.
